ON THE US IMPPERIALIST REPRESSION AGAINST PRO-PALESTINIAN STUDENTS
--- Walid Al Amriki, Public Relations Director of the North American Resistance Committee (NARC)
Recently, pro-Palestinian student mass mobilizations have errupted on college campuses. Beginning at Columbia University, located in New York, the heart of Jewish Zionist financial dictatorship, such demonstrations spread across the country. Mass waves of indignation from scenes showing Zionist soldiers purposefully murdering women and children have reached a boiling point. Students have held protests and solidarity camp-ins reminiscent of America’s anti-war past.
Such protests, despite lacking anarchist street level type militancy of the early 2000s, were still met with violence, brutality, and direct stated threats to both expel students and ruin their chances at a career. Reaction sprang up from Mossad and corporate leadership taunts to mass support for police brutality by a backwards and deeply Zionized public opinion.
This is the emergence of exciting contradictions with the ruling class. Understanding the need to throw American normalcy into a perceived chaos over Gaza, not simply appealing to public opinion or the regime, is a welcomed and encouraged development. Despite many flaws in Western anti-Zionist theory, these student efforts are clearly productive and advancing the overall mass line.
Now should be seen as an opportune time for slumbering street level militants to prolifically converge. Fostering “direct action” tactics in government centers and corporations aiding the Zionist entity while confronting the local police as the domestic army of imperialism and Zionism is now in play. Flag burning, both of America and the Zionist entity, and the general theatrical New Left fireworks show have become effective at this point for introduction. A greater mass support by our ingroup camp for more overt confrontation has arisen.
You have an absolute green light and don’t need the permission of anyone to exercise it. You should even do so if many sincere organizers strongly advise against it. Be as absolutely dramatic as safety and legal concerns allow. The shift is now not one of persuasion through human rights appeals but of getting concessions from an enemy government in exchange for a return to normalcy. Our pragmatic slogan: “Stop killing babies!”
The political ceiling has expanded to some extent as has a general realization of the vast relationship between Zionist power and imperialism. The utterly pointless 2024 elections will soon be upon us. Don't let meaningless parliamentarian forces distract from such efforts and emerging militancy. Also try to prevent hostile rifts between the people without conceding anything.
Boycott cells should form across the country. Such cells should involve 3-5 people who regularly picket corporations aiding the Zionist entity. Cells should create more cells and so on. The boycott is already a powerful weapon and its expansion brings even more gains.
We also need the left to bring back anti-corporatist countercultural movements. ”Buy Nothing Day” and other ideological-spiritual struggles against wanton consumerism should emerge. Muslims and Third Worldist forces in the US should contextualize the centrality of the rebellion against wanton consumerism polemicized by the left and expand it into our communities.
The student uprisings are a sign of a vast shift towards militancy. Lots of ideological exchange needs to occur hand-in-hand with street level muscle and mass work.
This is a long protracted battle with imperialism and Zionism. Let’s celebrate recent waves of resistance while condemning its repression. Meanwhile, prepare yourselves collectively against burn out. We are gearing up for a fight.
